    — We will go over your health history and discuss your ideal health vision and goals

  • 7 x 40-minute weekly health coaching sessions

  • Resources on optimal nutrition (including food plans and recipes), stress-reduction, sleep, and movement

  • Email summaries after each session

  • Email access to me in between sessions

1:1 Personal Training Package (Live)

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 1 x 60-minute foundation session

    — We will go over your health history and discuss your goals

  • Postural and movement assessments

  • Body composition assessments as needed

  • 12 weeks of 1:1 training (24 live sessions)

  • Option to add additional workouts

  • Email access to me in between sessions

Custom Training Program (Virtual)

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 1 x 60-minute foundation session

    — We will go over your health history and discuss your goals

  • Postural and movement assessments (completed virtually)

  • 12-week custom training plan (completed on your own)

  • Option to add additional workouts

  • 6 bi-weekly check-in calls

  • Email access to me in between check-ins

  1. Join your free virtual consultation: Get a feel for how we’ll work together and see if we are the right fit for each other based on your needs.

  2. Fill out your intake forms: Share your health history and complete a few important forms. This will help me get to know you better and set the foundation for your wellness journey.

  3. Join your virtual foundation session: We’ll discuss your goals, review your intake forms, and begin mapping out the path toward your health and well-being.

  4. Work at your own pace: We’ll meet regularly, but always at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you prefer a steady rhythm or need a more flexible schedule, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

  5. Empower your wellness journey: As we work together, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to take charge of your health long-term. My goal is to empower you to live well and maintain the positive changes we’ve made, all on your own terms.
